New Features

  • "What's New": The top bar now shows you the latest CleanerPlanner changes! We haven't been good in recent years in showing you the latest improvements, so we'd like to keep you updated going forward :)
  • Message our support team if you need to cancel a Scheduled SMS message. We are working on a UI for you to cancel directly, but have enabled this internally so that we can cancel for you

Bug Fixes

  • SMS messages containing "£" were incorrectly marked as cutting your Webex text credits in half. This is fixed, so you can use "£", "{}", "@", "$", "€" etc. without worrying about reduced credits (see Webex docs)
  • Downloading an invoice no longer causes the screen to blank out

New Features

  • Add option to view Postcodes on the Planner page
  • Warn when SMS messages contain special Unicode characters, as this reduces the # of characters per text credit (see Webex docs)
    • Click to auto-replace these special characters to restore original credit limits

Bug Fixes

  • When emailing multiple recipients, you are no longer automatically bcc'ed (this was causing confusion and breaking some bulk email sends)
    • You can still check the box to bcc yourself if you want
  • Catch other common errors when sending emails
