Bug Fixes

  • Fixed calculation of total hours and mins when selecting jobs on the Jobs tab
  • Fixed issue with duplicate GoCardless charges happening in very small percentage of cases
  • Exporting Job csv/excel files will show the absolute due date (instead "today", "tomorrow", "yesterday" which is harder for other systems to understand)

  • Cancel Scheduled Messages: Go to the Jobs tab > Click on the blue "Scheduled SMS" button to cancel any upcoming messages. Your Webex credits will be refunded.

  • Add option to view Postcodes for jobs on the Planner page
  • Warn when SMS messages contain special Unicode characters, as this reduces the # of characters per text credit (see Webex docs)
    • Click to auto-replace these special characters to restore original credit limits
    • NOTE: you can use characters like "£", "{}", "@", "$", "€" etc. without reducing your credits

Bug Fixes

  • When emailing multiple recipients, you are no longer automatically bcc'ed (this was causing confusion and breaking some bulk email sends)
    • You can still check the box to bcc yourself if you want
  • Catch other common errors when sending emails
